What Will They Be Doing?
We will be instructing HIIT workouts that will work on speed, agility, muscular strength and conditioning, and their overall mentality. We build them up and identify areas that need improvement; then, we get to work!
How Will They Get There?
We will form a carpool group to assist with transportation and create a meetup group daily at Veteran's Park (8:30, 2:20, 3:30). The group will walk the athletes down 16th St to the gym (.9 miles). We will have a chaperone for every walk group, as safety is always our first priority!
How Can I be Sure My Child Is Taking It Seriously?
A medical Grade Body Scan (STYKU) will be performed to establish a base fitness level or a “starting point.” We will scan your athlete monthly and share the results with you and their coaches.
